The predecessor of our company is Shaozhou County Foreign Trade Company Minmetals Machinery Equipment Division established in February, 1984.

It was renamed as Zhangjiagang Foreign Trade Company the 4th and 5th Business Department in July, 1991.

In January, 1992, the above two business departments were reorganized as Zhangjiagang Foreign Trade Company Minerals Mechinery Equipment Chemical and Healthcare Products Import and Export Corporation.

In October, 1994, it was renamed as Zhangjiagang Wuhua Machinery Import and Export Corporation.

In 1995, the Trade Union was established.

In August, 1997, Jiangsu GTIG Co.,Ltd was established and then our company was renamed as Jiangsu Guotai International Group Wuhua Machinery Import and Export Corporation. Yang Ge was appointed as Party Branch Secretary.

In July, 2000, our company was renamed as Jiangsu Guotai International Group Huatai Import and Export Co. Ltd.

And then in September, 2015, our company was renamed as Jiangsu GTIG Huatai Co. Ltd. Yang Ge was appointed as Chairman of the Board and Chen Yuxiang was General Manager.
